The room was VERY spacious and clean. The staff were professional and accommodating, especially during a last-minute reservation. I was charmed by the quick airport shuttle. It made getting to my early flight so easy.
I found that the website did NOT mention the parking fee. The hotel also seems to be a 'cash-free' hotel, which wasn't clear initially. This added unexpected expenses and inconvenience to my stay.

A Charming Pre-Cruise Stay

the hotel lobby had friendly staffs. the morning breakfast was a great way to start the day, i could walk to many eateries. the bed provided great comfort, i slept like a log.
the hotel did have masking tape left, i think from a recent paint job.

The airport shuttle was very fast and efficient. i called and the shuttle arrived within fifteen minutes. the lobby staff was happy to assist with directions and information. They make everything easy.

the room included various comfortable pillows, they was clean and well maintained. there was a sofa bed, i could relax after a long trip. the air conditioning worked perfectly.

the swimming pool area looked clean, i see clear water. breakfast had enough options, it had good quality. the fitness center had several treadmills, it had stationary bikes.
